Pay it forward and change the world ?!?!

Here’s an idea! Just do random good deeds that are difficult and hard for you, to three people. Instead of them paying you back, ask them to pay it forward. Each one of them should pay it forward to three different individuals and they in turn do the same.

Think that would change the world?

Well young Trevor did. What started as a school project, ended up being something almost …well…Utopian…

Inspired from the book by Catherine Ryan Hyde of the same title, “Pay it forward” is a movie that should be part of your DVD library.

It is inspiring. Unique. Pulls you right in to the centre of the action. Wants you to get up and do something about the world. Maybe change it. One small bit at a time. In your own special way.

Helen Hunt’s role is very similar to her role in “As good as it gets” where as the ending of the film reminds you of the ending of “Field of Dreams”. But hey who cares!!!

If there’s a remote possibility that individuals can make a big difference in the larger scheme of things – this movie really proves it.

Do yourself a favour. Once you watch this movie, instead of thanking me, go out and pay it forward to three individuals. Who knows, it might change the world.

The one word that comes to my mind for this flick is Intriguing. The whole idea of Paying it forward is so huge and so beautiful that if each one of us started paying it forward, this world would surely be a better place to live in. It emotionally galvanized me to a great extent. Trevor tries to make a difference in people’s lives by taking up the idea of ‘Paying It Forward’ as a school Project.

    A sure must-see!
